TRIP UHALT
Uhalt has worked at all the major networks and was the Production Manager / Creative Director / Producer / Writer for KOAA TV (NBC) and KXRM TV (FOX) from 1989 until he left to start his own multimedia company, Spot On Productions, LLC in 2012 where he technical directs large multi-camera shows and concerts, creates videos, manages and runs social media and web content, creates logos and graphics and helps his clients become successful! Uhalt is also the Marketing & Public Relations Manager at Cave of the Winds Mountain Park home of the world famous 100 mph, 200' drop, 2.5G's Terror-dactyl Giant Canyon Swing (as seen on the NBC TODAY Show, the Travel Channel, Xtreme Screams, NatGeo's Brain Games and more!) in Colorado Springs. Experience three different Cave tours (one is haunted!), thrill rides, zip lines, climbing walls and more!
Trip started Standup & Improv comedy in the early '80s, but his career in television interrupted and took him all over the world shooting documentaries, including chronicling the life of Jesus, from Israel to Rome for a 16 disk DVD series, "That the World May Know" as well as other documentaries around the US. He's been shooting the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb from 13,000' for ESPN & others for more than 30 years; has created, written, and produced TV shows, educational programs, and thousands of TV commercials, winning dozens of national awards along the way.
And because Trip's not busy enough he teaches Interactive Digital Media; Multimedia, Graphics & Design and Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Lightroom, Audition) and more at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and also at Pikes Peak Community College.
